Been ordering consistently for over a year now… always excellent quality, prompt processing.
Communication with emails has not been as consistent with tracking numbers which is a problem as mail carriers have delivered mine to the wrong house before. So now I have to keep an eye on everything– which means contacting them through the messenger with order number and being a pest.
They always get back to me fairly quickly, and provide the info.
